Veden\u00ed \u0161kol a&nbsp;u\u010ditel\u00e9 v&nbsp;kolegi\u00edch pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed\n\u010d\u00e1st sv\u00e9ho skute\u010dn\u00e9ho \u00fakolu, vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed nad\u0161en\u00edm a&nbsp;motivac\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed\npedagogick\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, ale tak\u00e9 podpory plodn\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce s&nbsp;kolegy a&nbsp;s&nbsp;rodi\u010di,\nkte\u0159\u00ed pom\u00e1haj\u00ed budovat \u0161koln\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed nezbytn\u00e9 pro kvalitu v\u00fduky tak, \u017ee to\nv\u0161echno ustupuje rostouc\u00ed byrokracii, kde nen\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bra, ale \u0161koln\u00edmu \u017eivotu\ndominuje ned\u016fv\u011bra. Veden\u00ed \u0161kol a&nbsp;u\u010ditel\u00e9 jsou neust\u00e1le pod tlakem dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed\nlh\u016ft, p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zpr\u00e1v, vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed dokumentace, \u017e\u00e1ci se nad\u00e1le p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed na\ntesty, kter\u00e9 obvykle velmi m\u00e1lo zohled\u0148uj\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 sto lety prov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 waldorfsk\u00e9\npedagogick\u00e9 principy, a&nbsp;tak se pomalu m\u011bn\u00ed forma a&nbsp;obsah do takov\u00e9 m\u00edry, \u017ee je nakonec\nohro\u017eena identita waldorfsk\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Domn\u00edv\u00e1me se, \u017ee nastal \u010das, kdy bychom se m\u011bli k&nbsp;tomuto\nprobl\u00e9mu z\u00e1sadn\u011b vyj\u00e1d\u0159it. To by m\u011bly nutn\u011b u\u010dinit waldorfsk\u00e9 \u0161koly, ale mohlo to\nby b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 uskute\u010dn\u011bno ve spolupr\u00e1ci s&nbsp;u\u010diteli a&nbsp;s&nbsp;lidmi z&nbsp;jin\u00fdch \u0161kol, z&nbsp;klasick\u00fdch\nst\u00e1tn\u00edch, z&nbsp;Montessori \u0161kol nebo tak\u00e9 z&nbsp;c\u00edrkevn\u00edch \u0161kol atd. Proto\u017ee krom\u011b\nprobl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou specifick\u00e9 pro waldorfsk\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, poci\u0165uj\u00ed i\npedagogov\u00e9 na jin\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch trend sm\u011brem k&nbsp;v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kontrole a&nbsp;k&nbsp;men\u0161\u00ed d\u016fv\u011b\u0159e jako\notravn\u00fd, odborn\u011b \u0161patn\u00fd a&nbsp;kontraproduktivn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0165 u\u017e ve waldorfsk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch nebo v&nbsp;\u0161ir\u0161\u00edm kruhu, bychom m\u011bli\nspolu str\u00e1vit v\u00edkend v&nbsp;uvoln\u011bn\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9\u0159e a&nbsp;za\u010d\u00edt mluvit o&nbsp;situaci bez\nkonkr\u00e9tn\u00edho c\u00edle. Dovedu si p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee by to mohlo v\u00e9st k&nbsp;vytvo\u0159en\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9ho\nmanifestu, kter\u00fd by m\u011bl b\u00fdt potom \u0161iroce propagov\u00e1n &#8211; jasn\u00e1 a&nbsp;od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00e1 v\u00fdzva\nk&nbsp;zamy\u0161len\u00ed nad oblast\u00ed v\u00fdchovy. Ale mo\u017en\u00e1 by bylo dobr\u00e9, kdybychom v\u0161ichni o\nt\u011bchto v\u011bcech prost\u011b jenom mluvili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jsem n\u011bkolik let mentorem nebo tak\u00e9 jenom hostem v&nbsp;n\u011bkter\u00fdch\nva\u0161ich \u0161kol\u00e1ch a&nbsp;r\u00e1d bych p\u0159isp\u011bl k&nbsp;takov\u00e9mu rozhovoru. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z&nbsp;v\u00e1s se budou\nstejn\u011b sch\u00e1zet p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed v\u00edkend, jak v\u00edm, a&nbsp;mo\u017en\u00e1 i&nbsp;tento probl\u00e9m bude t\u00e9matem.\nPokud ano, cht\u011bl bych d\u00e1t rozhovoru impuls n\u011bkolika kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi slovy nebo\not\u00e1zkami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Jak\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky m\u00e1 sou\u010dasn\u00fd \u0161koln\u00ed re\u017eim na polaritu mezi\nstrachem a&nbsp;d\u016fv\u011brou ve \u0161kole?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Jak to zasahuje do z\u00e1kladn\u00edho zp\u016fsobu u\u010den\u00ed se pro\u017eitkem, p\u0159es\nzku\u0161enosti k&nbsp;pojm\u016fm? Je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee pouze pojem, kognitivn\u00ed nebo\nintelektu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdsledek je m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fd, a&nbsp;proto je takto byrokraci\u00ed vn\u00edm\u00e1n,\nzat\u00edmco pro\u017eitky a&nbsp;zku\u0161enosti nejsou m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9, ale \u010dasto jsou pro u\u010den\u00ed mnohem\nd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Jinak \u0159e\u010deno, na\u0161e cesta mus\u00ed v\u00e9st od v\u00e1\u0161n\u011b (nad\u0161en\u00ed) p\u0159es\nkreativitu a&nbsp;iniciativu ke kvalit\u00e1m jako je za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed, p\u00edle a&nbsp;nakonec k\nm\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm. Dnes je v\u0161ak sklon k&nbsp;opaku &#8211; zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed hlavn\u011b na\nm\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky, vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed p\u00edli a&nbsp;za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed a&nbsp;\u010dasto jsou tak ji\u017e z\u00e1klady\niniciativy, kreativity a&nbsp;nad\u0161en\u00ed zni\u010deny.
