Na z\u00e1klad\u011b anga\u017eovanosti ob\u010dan\u016f vznikaj\u00ed nov\u00e9 formy obecn\u011b prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed, a&nbsp;tvo\u0159\u00ed tak st\u0159edn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek podpory \u0161koly mezi st\u00e1tn\u00edmi institucemi a&nbsp;na zisk orientovan\u00fdmi podnikateli. Svobodn\u00e9 waldorfsk\u00e9 \u0161koly se v&nbsp;tomto smyslu spole\u010dn\u011b s&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edmi svobodn\u00fdmi \u0161kolami pova\u017euj\u00ed za pr\u016fkopn\u00edky \u0161kolstv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 stoj\u00ed mimo st\u00e1tn\u00ed, ekonomick\u00e9 \u010di ideologick\u00e9 z\u00e1jmy a&nbsp;pro n\u011b\u017e je podpora \u017e\u00e1kovsk\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed ve st\u0159edu z\u00e1jmu.<br>Na\u0161e \u0161koly stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed v\u00fdzvami, kter\u00e9 je dosud nikdy nepotkaly. S&nbsp;p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed rychlost\u00ed m\u011bn\u00ed \u010detn\u00e9 spole\u010densk\u00e9, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a&nbsp;technologick\u00e9 skute\u010dnosti v\u00fdvoj \u017eivota d\u011bt\u00ed a&nbsp;mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed, a&nbsp;vy\u017eaduje pedagogick\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi. Abychom mohli dost\u00e1t v\u00fdzv\u00e1m, bude nutn\u00e9, aby \u0161koly byly otev\u0159eny v\u0161em \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm a&nbsp;u\u010ditel\u00e9 se mohli flexibiln\u011b v\u011bnovat jejich pot\u0159eb\u00e1m. Uveden\u00ed v\u00fdzev do praxe vy\u017eaduje nov\u00e9 formy \u0161kolstv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 budou vych\u00e1zet z&nbsp;dovednost\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte a&nbsp;opust\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161 selektivn\u00ed model ve prosp\u011bch nov\u00e9 kultury spole\u010dn\u00e9ho a&nbsp;individu\u00e1ln\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed.<br><strong>Spolek svobodn\u00fdch waldorfsk\u00fdch \u0161kol sv\u00fdmi \u201esedmi \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edmi po\u017eadavky na vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed politiku\u201c je n\u00e1stinem vize \u0161kolstv\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m se profesionalita u\u010ditelsk\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f p\u0159i zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto \u00fakol\u016f bere stejn\u011b v\u00e1\u017en\u011b jako sv\u00e9pr\u00e1vnost rodi\u010d\u016f p\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/strong><br>Waldorfsk\u00e9 i&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00ed svobodn\u00e9 \u0161koly maj\u00ed \u010detn\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti se \u0161koln\u00ed samospr\u00e1vou a&nbsp;spoluprac\u00ed s&nbsp;rodi\u010di. Mnoh\u00e9 n\u00e1vrhy, kter\u00e9 byly pozd\u011bji zavedeny t\u00e9\u017e ve st\u00e1tem z\u0159izovan\u00fdch komun\u00e1ln\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch, vd\u011b\u010d\u00ed nez\u00e1visl\u00fdm \u0161kol\u00e1m za flexibilitu a&nbsp;s\u00edlu inovace, s&nbsp;n\u00ed\u017e reagovaly na nov\u00e9 pedagogick\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy. St\u00e1le v\u00edce rodi\u010d\u016f se rozhoduje pro \u0161kolu nest\u00e1tn\u00ed, co\u017e \u010dasto vede ke kritick\u00e9 n\u00e1mitce, \u017ee je t\u00edm podporov\u00e1n dvout\u0159\u00eddn\u00ed syst\u00e9m,<br>v n\u011bm\u017e mohou d\u011bti z&nbsp;l\u00e9pe situovan\u00fdch rodin nav\u0161t\u011bvovat \u201esoukrom\u00e9\u201c \u0161koly, zat\u00edmco \u201ezbytek\u201c je odk\u00e1z\u00e1n na \u0161koly z\u0159izovan\u00e9 st\u00e1tem. Tento dvout\u0159\u00eddn\u00ed syst\u00e9m pak po finan\u010dn\u00ed str\u00e1nce velmi znesnad\u0148uje pedagogickou iniciativu v&nbsp;socioekonomicky znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech nebo v&nbsp;\u0159\u00eddce os\u00eddlen\u00fdch regionech. Rodi\u010de d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nav\u0161t\u011bvuj\u00ed \u0161kolu svobodnou, financuj\u00ed \u0161kolstv\u00ed stejn\u00fdm d\u00edlem jako ostatn\u00ed da\u0148ov\u00ed poplatn\u00edci, av\u0161ak nav\u00edc je\u0161t\u011b mus\u00ed dopl\u00e1cet vlastn\u00ed, dle z\u00e1kona podfinancovanou \u0161kolu. Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed srovn\u00e1n\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f ukazuje, \u017ee v&nbsp;N\u011bmecku \u0161koln\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed z\u00e1vis\u00ed mnohem v\u00edce ne\u017e v&nbsp;ostatn\u00edch srovnateln\u00fdch zem\u00edch p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na rodinn\u00e9m soci\u00e1ln\u00edm statutu rodin \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Pos\u00edlen\u00edm svobodn\u00fdch \u0161kol z\u0159izovan\u00fdch obecn\u011b prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdmi spole\u010dnostmi je mo\u017en\u00e9 odbourat socioekonomick\u00e9 rozd\u00edly a&nbsp;vytvo\u0159it rovnost p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed pro mlad\u00e9 lidi. Zde se mus\u00ed \u0161koln\u00ed sektor v&nbsp;mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e otev\u0159\u00edt ob\u010dansk\u00e9 anga\u017eovanosti, co\u017e zahrnuje zakl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kol v&nbsp;socioekonomicky znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech. Jak se ukazuje ve skandin\u00e1vsk\u00fdch zem\u00edch a&nbsp;v&nbsp;Nizozem\u00ed, kde m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e1 rodina na v\u00fdb\u011br z&nbsp;r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u0161kol, ani\u017e by za to byla potrest\u00e1na platbou vysok\u00e9ho \u0161koln\u00e9ho, v&nbsp;praxi to m\u016f\u017ee fungovat. Vznikne tak produktivn\u00ed konkurence, kter\u00e1 nem\u00e1 nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho s&nbsp;rodi\u010dovsk\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edjmy, mnohem v\u00edc je spojena s&nbsp;pedagogickou svobodou utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;to velmi prosp\u00edv\u00e1 v\u0161em \u0161kol\u00e1m. V&nbsp;osv\u00edcen\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9, aby si n\u011bkdo pro sebe n\u00e1rokoval monopol na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Mnohem v\u00edce z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na podpo\u0159e spolupr\u00e1ce rodi\u010d\u016f a&nbsp;u\u010ditel\u016f, bez nich\u017e se sou\u010dasn\u00e9 a&nbsp;budouc\u00ed pedagogick\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy sotva daj\u00ed zvl\u00e1dnout. \u201eRodi\u010dovsk\u00e1 studie 2019\u201c v\u00fdslovn\u011b dokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee zde formulovan\u00fdch \u201e7 po\u017eadavk\u016f\u201c je neseno \u0161irok\u00fdm spole\u010densk\u00fdm konsensem.<br><strong><em>P\u0159edstavenstvo Spolku svobodn\u00fdch waldorfsk\u00fdch \u0161kol \u2013&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><em>Nela Auschra, Thorsten Feles, Stefan Grosse, Hans-Georg Hutzel, Henning Kullak-Ublick, Thomas Lutze-Rodenbusch, Eva W\u00f6rner. Spolek svobodn\u00fdch waldorfsk\u00fdch \u0161kol \n(SSW\u0160) po\u017eaduje, aby pr\u00e1vo na neselektivn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed bylo v\u00fdslovn\u011b \nzakotveno v&nbsp;n\u011bmeck\u00e9m z\u00e1kon\u011b jako z\u00e1kladn\u00ed lidsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo. Je t\u0159eba \npostavit tento pr\u00e1vn\u00ed po\u017eadavek ka\u017ed\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte vedle povinn\u00e9 \u0161koln\u00ed \ndoch\u00e1zky. To neplat\u00ed o&nbsp;nic m\u00e9n\u011b pro zach\u00e1zen\u00ed s&nbsp;\ndigit\u00e1ln\u00edmi technologiemi, kter\u00e9 mohou tuto schopnost v&nbsp;nejlep\u0161\u00edm \np\u0159\u00edpad\u011b podporovat, nikdy ji v\u0161ak nemohou nahradit, ani\u017e bychom se \nvzdali sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed sv\u00e9pr\u00e1vnosti. Proto pat\u0159\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed zralosti k\n z\u00e1kladn\u00edm pedagogick\u00fdm v\u00fdzv\u00e1m sou\u010dasnosti a&nbsp;je t\u0159eba vych\u00e1zet z&nbsp;\ncelostn\u00edho pohledu, kter\u00fd zohledn\u00ed jak v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 schopnosti, tak \nzp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm si d\u011bti a&nbsp;ml\u00e1de\u017e v&nbsp;r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u011bkov\u00fdch obdob\u00edch p\u0159ivlast\u0148uj\u00ed \npozn\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u011bta. K&nbsp;tomu je t\u0159eba pojem medi\u00e1ln\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed mnohem v\u00edce \nroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it tak, aby obs\u00e1hl ve\u0161kerou r\u016fznorodost medi\u00e1ln\u00edch komunika\u010dn\u00edch \nmo\u017enost\u00ed, od poslouch\u00e1n\u00ed, psan\u00ed, \u010dten\u00ed, vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zdroj\u016f, re\u0161er\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed \na\u017e ke kreslen\u00ed, malov\u00e1n\u00ed, muzic\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;divadlu. D\u00e1le k&nbsp;tomu pat\u0159\u00ed \nelement\u00e1rn\u00ed porozum\u011bn\u00ed u\u017eit\u00fdm technologi\u00edm, v&nbsp;nich se vyjad\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edch \nform\u00e1m my\u0161len\u00ed a&nbsp;jejich spole\u010densk\u00fdm d\u016fsledk\u016fm, a&nbsp;nakonec osnovy \nmedi\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdchovy, kter\u00e1 si skute\u010dn\u011b zaslou\u017e\u00ed sv\u00e9 jm\u00e9no.
